Coconut water...the "everywhere" drink

You may have noticed a lot of talk about the rehydration & natural electrolyte properties of pure coconut water, which is true but it’s a little like talking about jack and the beanstalk and skipping straight to the giant and neglecting to mention there was a seed at the beginning of the story.

You don’t have to have just finished an intense yoga class or run a marathon (although you may have) to enjoy coconut water. Millions of people living in the world’s tropical belt have been drinking it for more years than we can possibly count and it isn’t because they’re all super marathon runners. They know it’s super refreshing, tasty and healthy.

The point is, there is no “right” place or “right” time to drink coconut water, it’s an “everywhere”, “anytime” drink. At lunch? Sure. When you’re thirsty? Sure. After a workout? Sure. In a smoothie. In your latest cocktail creation? Sure. Can you think of another beverage with this kind of versatility. 

The rules are, there are no rules. Just enjoy it. It’s natural, added-sugar, fat & cholesterol free and as versatile as an acrobat in the Cirque Du soleil.
